Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Responsible for teaching undergraduate traditional and online/hybrid courses in the Department of Engineering Technology at Sam Houston State University. Hold regular office hours per university and Department policies. Responsible for advising students, conducting academic research, and publishing/presenting in peer reviewed scholarly journals and conferences. Provide services to the department, college, university, community, and appropriate national organizations. Maintain an active research program and securing external funding as appropriate for research and academic discipline. Present at conferences, participate in school/departmental meetings, and engage in faculty governance by serving on department and university committees.
