Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver personalized patient care by greeting individuals warmly, preparing them for examinations, obtaining accurate vital signs, and assisting providers during clinical treatments.

  • Streamline the patient-provider encounter through real-time documentation of symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, and order transcriptions to ensure complete, high-quality medical records.

  • Optimize exam room readiness by maintaining immaculate care spaces, ensuring essential clinical supplies are fully stocked and accessible for efficient treatments.

  • Support seamless clinic operations by handling essential administrative tasks, managing incoming communications, and keeping patient data organized to maintain a stress-free care journey.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • Medical Assistant obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Prior experience preferred

  • MA Certification and/or Registration in good standing through AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA
