Position Purpose:
Supervisor of Women's Health Center is responsible to plan, organize, staff, direct and insure collaborative multidisciplinary patient care delivery.
The Center Supervisor/Manager functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
What You Will Do:

MANAGING PERFORMANCE: Provides coaching, direction, and supervision for the imaging center(s) for all staff members with complete accountability for operationsRecruits, develops, counsels, evaluates and retains staff within appropriate HR policies and guidelines. Demonstrates appropriate clinical competencies.

EDUCATION and DEVELOPMENT : Directs the planning and implementation of Center education/training which promotes professional competence and personal growth and ensures optimal patient care.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT : Direct all quality monitoring for the Center, focusing on optimal patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous quality improvement program for Center services. Ensures compliance with all imaging regulatory standards (ODH,MQSA, ACR).

COMMUNICATION : Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments/service lines, physicians and staff. Ensures communication channels result in optimal Center function. Collaborates effectively with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE : Monitors and ensures optimal levels of patient, staff and physician satisfaction and patient expectation/ service levels. Identifies and develops new programs/services in response topatient,physician, organization and /or community needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education :Graduate of an approved Radiology Technology program. Baccalaureate degree in Radiology Technologypreferred.

Licensure / Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) registrationin Radiology, required; and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) registrationinMammographyrequired; and ValidState of OhioRadiologic License required

Preferredbut not required-additional credentialing in Breast SonographyARDMS(BR), or -ARRT(BR)

Experience: T hree years experience as a staff mammographer required. Three years experience in a healthcare operations supervisory position preferred.

Effective Communication Skills , Effective organizational skills, problem solving skills and the ability to manage change. Demonstrates ability to assess, develop and mentor a patient care team.

BLS healthcare provider training required.

Must be able to travel to multiple work/business sites.
