MORGAN PROPERTIES IS HIRING! We're looking for our new Porter at Waterfront Apartments!
Morgan Properties is hiring a Porter to join our team at Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. As a Porter, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting the overall success of the community.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Maintain clean and attractive grounds, common areas, amenities, and community spaces

Assist with apartment turnovers and prepare homes for new residents

Remove trash and complete daily property upkeep

Support landscaping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks

Assist the Service Team with community needs and resident requests

Help create an exceptional living experience for our residents
What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors and assist with weather-related needs

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Dependable team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Previous experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, hospitality, or maintenance is a plus
