Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Sit in the driver’s seat, ready to take control of the autonomous vehicle at any moment, ensuring the safety of all passengers, road users, and the vehicle.
- Active Monitoring: Continuously monitor the vehicle’s systems and surroundings, anticipating and responding to any potential safety issues in real-time.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with passengers or the public.
- Incident Reporting: Promptly document and report any incidents or near-misses.
Job Requirements
- Licenses: A valid class 3/4 driving license is required, and 0 demerit points for the past 3 years are preferred.
- Actively driving in the past 3 years
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Comfortable communicating in English and Mandarin
