Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Vulnerability Support
Assist with remediation of operating system and third-party application vulnerabilities on Windows and macOS endpoints under guidance from senior engineers.
Review vulnerability findings and follow established remediation procedures.
Execute patch deployments and configuration changes under supervision.
Validate remediation outcomes and document results.
Execute approved patching and remediation tasks using Intune, JAMF, SCCM/MECM, following established testing and deployment procedures.
Validate remediation results, document outcomes, and escalate issues or failures appropriately. Learn vulnerability prioritization concepts, remediation workflows, and compliance expectations in regulated environments
