Skills and Requirements
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion to ingest data from CRM, ERP, and billing systems

Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support sales and compensation reporting

Prepare and transform datasets used for commission calculations and incentive plans

Ensure high data quality and integrity (critical for compensation accuracy)

Create and manage data outputs/integrations for downstream systems, including SAP Callidus

Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and query efficiency
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning)

Hands-on experience with Matillion or similar ETL tools

Experience building pipelines that support sales/revenue data

Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts

Experience integrating with downstream systems (files, APIs, etc.)
Nice to Have

Exposure to SAP Callidus or other compensation platforms (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, etc.)

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or AI-driven data workflows

Background in sales compensation, finance, or revenue operations data
