Full job description

Job Descriptions:

?Provide financial and logistical support to the CPM and Central Case Management (CCM) team in the development and administering and overseeing the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).

Research and analyze LOAs and determine the logistical, contract awards, financial, supply and shipment status through the U.S. Army's supply systems.

Support the CPM in working with the USASAC, Security Cooperation Offices (SCOs) and other Security Assistance (SA) related entities within the SA Enterprise. Provides advice and assistance to SCOs on all Army related Security Assistance matters and assists in the pre-LOR requirements determination process. Supports meetings representing USASAC when it is not possible or feasible for the Country Program Manager or Country Case Manager to attend. Promotes a closer working relationship with the customer and ensures USASAC is in alignment with AMC/DOD priorities. Possess basic knowledge of the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).

Determine the status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delay for a specific reason, rejection of requisition for a specified cause, changes in stock number, changes in unit of issue and/or quantity, referral of requisition to another DoD supply source, delay in delivery, acknowledgement of cancellation requests, shipment status, etc., and financial status.

Required Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of related FMS and/or Logistics experience.

Preferred is skills demonstrate a knowledge of logistics, technical competence, and communications skills, both orally and in writing.
