Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Mt. Vernon, OH
Pay Range: 18.50
Shift: Nights (12-hour shift, 6:00pm - 6:00am) 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule
What's the Job?

Operate packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of finished goods

Assist with reclaiming off-quality materials and feeding them back into the production process

Perform general cleanup duties in designated areas to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Support preventative maintenance activities to keep equipment in optimal condition
-
Participate in safety and housekeeping programs to promote a secure workplace culture
What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team

Steel toed boots are required for safety compliance
