Role Summary

As a Compliance Data Analyst at Payoneer, you will play a key role in supporting Compliance Office, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams to support reporting, alert management, and performance measurement. teams with data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You will act as a strong data partner, working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide insights to stakeholders such as Compliance Office, ML, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams to support data-driven compliance decisions.
  • Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and accurate.
  • Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller, actionable tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within compliance, fintech, financial services or risk.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Python - An advantage!
  • Experience leveraging AI to optimize processes, automate tasks, and drive better results - An advantage!
