Full job description

CI HUB | Junior Product Manager - Brand & Canva Connector (Full time, Remote) Most junior PMs manage tickets. You’ll manage products. Two connector products, direct CPO mentorship, and the kind of ownership that accelerates careers. If you’re ready to do real product work from the start, we should talk.

Position Overview: You'll work alongside the CPO on two high-visibility connector products: Brand Connector & Canva Connector. These products sit at the intersection of brand management & creative workflows, used by teams at large organisations to keep their content on-brand & accessible. This is a hands-on role where you own the detail work that keeps product development moving, and learn the craft of product management by doing it from day one. About CI HUB: We provide simple access to 60+ DAM systems in tools where work actually happens (MS Office, Google, Adobe Apps, Canva, Figma, AI and more). We're 50 strong, profitable, growing, and sitting on a massive market opportunity. The Role You'll own the products that determine how customers discover, adopt, and expand their use of CI HUB: sign-up and upgrade flows, license management (My CI HUB), payment, and one used by thousands of creatives: Connector Professional. Some need optimization, some need rethinking, all of them sit at the intersection of user experience, business model, and platform strategy. Your decisions move revenue & adoption metrics.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive day-to-day product delivery: write user stories & acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, coordinate with engineering & design, and keep development on track

  • Turn feedback from users, buyers and reseller partners into actionable insights.

  • Support go-to-market for your products: work with customer success, marketing, documentation, and partner teams to make sure improvements news reach users.

  • Analyse bug reports and prepare & prioritize work to fix them.

  • Track product metrics, prepare reports and contribute to build-measure-learn iteration cycles with insights from data.

  • Prepare product updates and materials for reseller partners.

  • Progressively take on more responsibility as you grow into the role

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 -2 years experience in product management, product ops, or a closely related role (eg. UX, business analysis, technical project management) OR a “passion project“ product or business that you have build.

  • Tertiary Education in Business, Design, Maths, Psych or related fields.

  • Interest in B2B SaaS and how enterprise software gets adopted through channel partners.

  • Detail-oriented & reliable with follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

  • You ask good questions, spot patterns in feedback, and don't just relay what users say but think about what it means.

  • Affinity for numbers, data and metrics. Ability to produce insightful graphs or tables.

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly in writing.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience using AI tools proactively to get more done at exceptional quality.

  • Fluent English required. German a plus.

  • Willing to work with 4+ hours overlap with German business hours.

  • If you don’t fulfill 100% of the above requirements, we enncourage you to still apply.

What You Get:

  • Competitive salary, flexible hours, fully remote. Learning budget.

  • Modern hardware & software.

  • 1-2 team get-togethers a year at fun destinations.

  • Ownership over products that directly shape how thousands of users experience CI HUB.

  • Uncomplicated, supportive leadership, no politics, real impact. And a role where you can prove that a sharp PM with the right tools can do the work of three
