Job Description: The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall condition of the facility’s physical environment. This role performs a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
About us: Breckenridge Commons is an assisted living facility located in Sullivan, Indiana. Breckenridge Commons is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care for our residents.
About the Role: Breckenridge Commons is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to-

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Lawn care, snow removal, and assisting maintenance department as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance.

Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
