Reports to: Property Manager
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Units: 144
Salary: $17.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)
Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living

The Oaks of Spring Valley is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 144-unit residential apartment community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make adjustments and minor repairs

Cooperate with the rest of the staff
