Job Overview

Join our team in Centralia as a Customer Service Operations Analyst. In this role you will elevate the customer experience at Hubbell and be the subject matter expert for SAP, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and Power BI. In addition this role will act as a solutions expert and deliver insights to improve Hubbell’s customer experience.

A Day In The Life

  • Use Power BI, SAP Onbase and other applications to create and organize data ensuring data quality and accuracy.

  • Support a variety of analytical solutions by conducting complex data analysis and detailed reporting.

  • Assist with the research, development, and implementation of new business solutions.

  • Analyze EDI – Electronic Data Interchange and any client reported support issues, determine root cause, and apply corrective action.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • BA/BS in IT related fields preferred or 3 -5 years’ work experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years in a similar Data Analyst/Business Analyst function.

  • Advanced Excel and SAP experience

  • Experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Power Automate and other Office 365 software

  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query M.

  • Familiarity with EDI - Electronic Data Interchange; including experience with VANs, ANSI X12, and SAP iDocs and other industry related fulfillment software.

  • Experience with project management and processing documentation.

  • Ability to travel for business related activities as needed
