Important skills include Caring Heart, Good Knife Skills, Cooking Methods, Collaboration, Safety, and Proper Hygiene. Preferred (not required): Self Motivation, Therapeutic Modified Diets Experience, Self‑Motivation, and Experience With Therapeutic Modified Diets.
