Physical Therapist Assistant – Sports & Active Population

SPT – Lake Stevens | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PT

SPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow, stay engaged, and deliver high-quality care to active adults and athletes.

We operate in an open-gym, movement-focused environment centered on active rehab, progressive loading, and real-world outcomes —not passive, volume-driven care.

You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing support.

Job Description

Your First 30–60 Days

  • Structured onboarding with clear expectations

  • Observation and collaborative treatment sessions with PTs

  • Gradual progression to independent patient care

  • Focus on communication, flow, and confidence in treatment delivery

What You Will Do

  • Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care

  • Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengthening

  • Monitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT

  • Assist with exercise progression using objective measures and clinical guidance

  • Work collaboratively with PTs and aides to maintain patient flow and care quality

  • Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

What You Will Do

  • New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State

  • Interest in orthopedic and sports rehab

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information

  • $32.00-$40.00/hr based on experience

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Production bonus opportunities - Up to $7,500
