What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution center.

Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and employee/visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifications as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, parking lots, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Assist with maintaining orderly operations by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
-
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
-
Customer service experience is preferred.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.
-
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
-
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
