Sales Consultant – Ricart Automotive

What You'll Do

Guide customers through a welcoming, no-pressure vehicle buying experience

Present vehicles, offer test drives, and explain features, pricing, and value

Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience

Achieve personal income goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For

A motivated, customer-focused professional who loves helping people

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and able to drive on company property

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
