Full job description

We’re looking for a staff-level engineer who is hungry to build something great.You’re a seasoned engineer who follows solid architectural principles, tests always, and uses AI tools to move faster without lowering standards. You’ve shipped real products that real people have used. You can operate across the stack, own projects end-to-end, and learn quickly when you hit something new. You love working on hard problems with a small, high-ownership team. What you’ll do- Design and build core product capabilities across frontend and backend- Own projects end-to-end: from initial design through production and iteration- Build and refine AI-powered workflows (dashboard generation, data agents, evaluation loops)- Establish and evolve engineering standards: testing, observability, reliability Requirements- Experience building production systems (5+ years)- Strong full-stack capability- Experience with data-intensive applications, such as: - Querying and transforming large datasets - Building analytics or visualization systems- Familiarity with modern AI development- Testing and evaluation discipline- Solid communication- Desire to work in a high-performance, high collaboration environment- Ability to work in-person 2-3 days in Seattle (near light rail) To apply, email us at [email protected]
