What will you do? 

  • Assist the Director of Sales to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue target.

  • Drive business leads for the hotel in all revenue generating stream to maximum revenue opportunities.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of clients’ database and exploring new sources of business by developing new contacts.

  • Develop and implement an account development plan for each assigned account to maximum revenue in both short term and long terms.

  • Conduct all the sales-related activities to solicit new business and maintain excellent relationships.

  • Train, develop, coach, and manage the performance of reporting associates to ensure the efficient running of department to maximise associate satisfaction, productivity, client and guest satisfaction.

  • Responsible for the operations of the sales office in the absence of the Director of Sales. Knowledge and skills

  • Degree or above in hotel management or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel sales, preferably in upscale or lifestyle brand hotels;

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Sales.

  • Strong network in the corporate segment.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, independent and customer-oriented.
