Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
1st shift - Flexible hours!
$25/hr-$28/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties, to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.
Responsibilities

Fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, and install toilets or sinks.

Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and bulbs.

Assemble furniture, build or repair shelves, and fix doors or fences.

Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and patch drywall.
Essential Skills

Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
