Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Department: Front Desk Support
Reports to: Front Desk Coordinator Effective Date: 4/30/26
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 2 pm - 10 pm
Job Summary:
As a receptionist, you will provide coverage to support the overall operations of the Association which promotes the highest quality of customer service for members, participants and the public in a profession/confidential manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Handles all incoming and outgoing calls, page staff and residents, and accepts and relays accurate and clearly defined messages.

Greets and directs public to various locations and meetings in the building.

Provides information to public regarding programs, workshops, membership, parking and other relevant procedures.

Provides program and membership information to the public, closes sales, and relays all internal communications as necessary via intercom.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Detail-orientated, organized and self-motivated.

Excellent communication, people and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

18 years or older
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
