Job Description
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient functionality and workflows
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operational stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements
Support charging optimization efforts and pharmacy revenue cycle initiatives
Participate in ongoing system upgrades, new application implementations, and workflow improvements
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve support requests
Work closely with other Epic application teams to support integrated clinical workflows
Contribute to documentation, testing, and end-user support activities
his analyst will have the opportunity to support several high-profile initiatives, including:
Behavioral Health Crisis Center implementations
New hospital integrations
Deployment of Epic Willow Inventory, Specialty Pharmacy, and Home Pharmacy applications
Oncology workflow enhancements and support for two new infusion centers
Pharmacy charging cleanup and optimization efforts
Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) implementation and integration projects

Skills and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst to join a growing pharmacy applications team supporting a large health system. This individual will play a key role in the design, build, optimization, and support of Epic Willow Inpatient workflows while partnering closely with pharmacy operations, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team involved in several strategic pharmacy and hospital expansion initiatives.
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
Active Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) or Pharmacy Technician background strongly preferred
Strong Epic Willow build and configuration experience
Experience supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows and medication management
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first attitude
Comfortable asking questions, learning new applications, and participating in cross-training opportunities Pharmacy charging and billing workflow experience (highly preferred)
Oncology/Infusion workflow experience (highly preferred)
Experience with medication build, order sets, charging optimization, and pharmacy system maintenance
Experience working within complex health system environments
