Full job description
Our client, a leading in the metal finishing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Production Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 1st Shift Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting one of the various departments such as anodizing, masking, de-masking, inspecting, and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Production Associate
Location: Lynwood, CA
Pay Range: $18-24/hr.
Shift: 6am - 2:30pm + OT (Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays per month)
What's the Job?

Perform either anodizing, masking, de-masking, inspecting, and shipping and receiving tasks as assigned

Ensure quality standards are met through careful inspection and handling of products

Other duties as assigned
What's Needed?

Must be ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual attendance

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required
