Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Coating Installer to join our team in the Farmington, MN area

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical surface preparation using walk-behind diamond grinders, hand grinders, and shot blasters. Identify, open, and patch cracks, divots, and spalled concrete using rapid-cure menders. Accurately measure, mix, and apply multi-component base coats, decorative flake broadcasts, and durable topcoats (polyaspartic/polyurethane). Maintain, clean, and safely operate all flooring equipment and company vehicles. Adhere to strict safety standards, including proper respirator use and dust containment management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience installing polyaspartic concrete coatings. Strong knowledge of concrete grinding techniques and tooling choices for various concrete hardness levels. Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites around the South Metro area.

Physical Demand:

This position is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 pounds; and the ability to operate heavy equipment for extended periods. Tasks may involve repetitive motions, sustained physical effort, and working in varied positions, as well as exposure to dust, noise, and chemicals while using required PPE.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
