Description
Georgia Military College's Main Campus is currently accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator oversees administrative support functions, coordinates staff efforts, and supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the campus. This position serves as a liaison between the campus and Main Campus Administrative Offices, assists with operational reporting, and supports special projects to help ensure campus operations run smoothly.
As a part-time employee, the Administrative Coordinator may work up to 19 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative support activities and campus operations under the direction of the Director. Assist with planning, organizing, and communicating campus initiatives and priorities.

Coordinate communications and operational efforts between the campus and Main Campus Administrative Offices.

Compile reports, maintain records, and assist with data collection and analysis to support operational decision-making.

Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director.

Coordinate with the Administrative & Budget Director to ensure guidance and initiatives from the Main Campus Administrative Team are implemented consistently.

Maintain organized administrative records and ensure documentation is current and accessible.

Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while supporting daily campus operations.
*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.

Qualifications
Education
Required: Associate's degree (or higher) from a regionally accredited institution in a business-related field OR three (3) or more years of related administrative experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Required: Three (3) or more years of office administration or administrative support experience.
Preferred: Experience coordinating office operations, supporting leadership, or managing administrative projects.
