Job Information
HyAxiom is seeking a detailed oriented and motivated Assembler II (contractor) to join our production team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble components critical to our manufacturing process. You will work closely with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are top priorities.
Role & Responsibility

Safely and efficiently assemble components to meet production standards.

Follow standardized processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Work with Manufacturing Engineers and Assembly teams to improve assembly methods and efficiency.

Being able to handle delicate components and work with chemicals such as phosphoric acid.
-
Follow company policy in using proper PPE.

Complete and maintain accurate production documentation OEE sheets, safety checklist.

Cross train and support other production duties as needed.

Assist in the reclaim process of tearing down older products returned from the field.

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Willingness to follow safety procedures and handle specialized materials.

Working with chemicals and insulation.
Job Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Understanding of assembly methods and best practices.

Experience with reading operational sheets and work instructions.

Experience in a production environment preferred.

Able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Lifting to 35 lbs.
-
It is possible to work from heights on a platform for limited time.

Walking/standing for most of the shift.

Excellent written and oral communication.
