We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team in supporting the development of a centralized data management hub that powers digital marketing analytics and campaign measurement. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data pipelines, transformations, KPI calculations, and reporting outputs across the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading QA efforts in data-centric environments, with hands-on knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and Python. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, validate complex data transformations, oversee automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of analytics solutions.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or Analytics Testing roles.

  • Strong experience writing advanced SQL queries for data validation, testing, and troubleshooting complex datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including validating data pipelines, transformations, and reporting outputs.

  • Experience using Python for test automation, data validation, and QA process improvement.

  • Proven ability to develop testing strategies for enterprise data warehouses, analytics platforms, and KPI reporting solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document testing approaches, findings, and recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience supporting digital marketing analytics, KPI reporting, or campaign measurement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and API-based data ingestion processes.

  • Background in data warehouse testing, ETL validation, and large-scale reporting platforms.

  • Experience leading QA teams or onboarding and mentoring QA resources.
