  • Develop and execute verification and validation plans across simulation, chamber testing, captive flight, and live-fire scenarios, including calibration considerations

  • Operate within a disciplined software engineering environment, leveraging version control, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing frameworks Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field

  • Direct experience with air-to-air radar systems and associated algorithms

  • Strong background in signal processing, detection, tracking, and radar modes

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Rust, with experience writing production-quality code

  • Ability to operate in a disciplined software engineering environment (e.g., Git, code reviews, testing, issue tracking tools like Jira) Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in electronic warfare or contested RF environments

  • Background in taking algorithms from concept through deployment on hardware systems

  • Familiarity with radar system calibration, integration, and test across multiple environments

  • Experience building scalable, maintainable software architectures for real-time systems Additional Requirements

  • Ability to put in extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required to meet aggressive timelines

  • This role is based in Allen, TX and requires full-time onsite presence Other Duties
