Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric ambulatory care team. The LPN will provide high-quality, family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting. This role supports physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering clinical services and ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or provider.

Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, immunizations, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.

Assist with pediatric procedures and treatments.

Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

Educate patients and families on health maintenance, medications, and follow-up care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly clinical environment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking of supplies and vaccines.

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
