Wisconsin | PRN Contract Opportunity | Flexible Schedule
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Compounding Pharmacist for a contract opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in Wisconsin. This position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for pharmacists seeking supplemental income, PRN work, or additional weekend coverage opportunities.
Position Highlights

Approximately 16 hours per week

Weekend coverage and PTO coverage responsibilities

Two scheduled weekend shifts per month

Weekend hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Review and dispense prescribed medications

Compound medications according to established pharmacy standards

Ensure medication safety, accuracy, and compliance

Provide patient counseling and medication education

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals

Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related concerns

Maintain pharmacy records and inventory

Support pharmacy operations and supervise support staff as needed
Qualifications

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

Compounding experience preferred

Previous on-call or after-hours pharmacy experience preferred

Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
