Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator for a 4 month contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN. This position is fully onsite.

Compensation: $34.85 - $36.30 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will serve as a key member of the Early Careers team, providing hands-on support throughout the fall recruiting season. The coordinator is responsible for managing recruiting logistics, assisting with candidate reviews and interview scheduling, and supporting campus events to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Early Careers recruitment team throughout the campus recruiting cycle, partnering closely with the recruitment team

Review candidate applications, conduct initial candidate screening, and assist with identifying qualified talent for internship and leadership development program opportunities

Manage candidate communications and serve as a resource throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Coordinate interview scheduling requests and candidate support

Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting data, and applicant tracking information within Workday and other recruiting systems

Coordinate career fair registrations and support the planning and execution of campus recruiting events and other recruiting activities

Manage recruiting materials, event shipments, giveaways, and campus recruiting inventory

Primary Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, event coordination, or a related field

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume administrative work

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Strong customer service mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting campus recruiting, university relations, or early careers hiring programs

Experience coordinating interviews and candidate logistics in a high-volume recruiting environment

Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems

Experience planning or supporting recruiting events, career fairs, or university engagement activities
