Master Trainer

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)

  • CPR/AED certified (required)

  • 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience

  • Proven success in client results and team mentoring

  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills

  • Sales and field marketing experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • A passion for helping people

  • Highly motivated

  • Organized

  • Continual learning is a must
