Co-Foreman

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job description:

Core Experience

Experience in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or similar trades

Proven ability to lead or assist in leading a crew on job sites

Comfortable reading job specs, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings

Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and small equipment

Background in working in basements, crawlspaces, and confined environments

Technical Skills

Rough carpentry skills (framing, measuring, cutting, leveling, anchoring)

Ability to understand structural concepts (load paths, support, leveling)

Experience with excavation, concrete, or structural reinforcement is a plus

Ability to learn and install proprietary systems (Supportworks products, etc.)

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations

Leadership

Ability to manage, train, and hold crew members accountable

Strong job site organization and time management

Ability to problem-solve in the field and adjust plans as needed

Communicates clearly with homeowners, supervisors, and team members

Ensures job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times

Work Ethic & Mindset

Takes ownership of the job from start to finish
