You will test, audit, and remediate e-learning modules, documents, games, and web assets to ensure full compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and HHS Quality Assurance policies. This position is mostly remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD.

  • Accessibility Expert:You possess deep knowledge of Section 508 standards and WCAG guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education:BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Section 508 testing, remediation of PDF/Word/eLearning files, and assistive tech.

  • Familiarity with HHS 508 Product Assessment Templates and reporting frameworks.

  • Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
