You will test, audit, and remediate e-learning modules, documents, games, and web assets to ensure full compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and HHS Quality Assurance policies. This position is mostly remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD.

Accessibility Expert:You possess deep knowledge of Section 508 standards and WCAG guidelines.

Rigorous Tester:You utilize assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) to audit and remediate digital assets.

What You Bring to the Table

Education:BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Section 508 testing, remediation of PDF/Word/eLearning files, and assistive tech.

Familiarity with HHS 508 Product Assessment Templates and reporting frameworks.

Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
