Software Engineer - Backend (Financial Services)

We are looking for Engineers in Backend Development team to help us build a technically advanced and best-in-class multi-finance platform. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the products and features being rolled out on the multi-finance platform.

About the role As a member of the Backend Development team, you'll be working on cutting edge technologies and will be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle and deliver features and products with complete ownership and responsibility. You will be working with some of the best minds in tech solving complex problems while building the multi-finance platform grounds-up. What you'll do

• Develop features and functionalities to scale Flip lending products

• Work on micro-service architecture with automated infrastructure management

• Leverage state of the art technologies and build highly resilient, robust and maintainable code.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience with exposure to working in tech startups

• Experience working in Lending or financial services company is an advantage

• Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, design patterns, data modeling, and architecture

• Excellent problem solving, communication, and able to work as part of the team

• Open to explore, learn and work on new technologies
