Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor – Lead a High-Performing Production Team
Pay Rate: $33.33 per hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor for a client in Gray, Maine . This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with a well-established, growing manufacturer . This position pays $33.33 per hour and is temp-to-hire , offering the chance to earn a permanent role with excellent benefits while enjoying a unique weekend schedule.

Typical daily duties:

Provide direct supervision by assigning work, monitoring progress, and supporting the production team

Set daily priorities, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production goals

Perform production or technical tasks as needed to support the team

Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies

Communicate issues, updates, and operational concerns to upper management
What we’re looking for:

2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
