Description:

  • Job Description Summary Responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient and/or inpatient practice area, by providing drug therapy management and assessment for patients in the practice area. Provides support for established programs including, but not limited to, drug formulary, pharmacy education programs, and quality improvement and research relating to drug therapy. This particular position will function as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist with a 7-on, 7-off schedule.
  • Requirements: PharmD, PGY-1 Residency, PGY-2 Emergency Medicine Residency, or Critical Care Residency with 2-3 years ED experience, Board Certified or Eligible in Pharmacotherapy or Critical Care

Persons with PGY-1 residency and established ED practice experience/success may also be considered.
