Position Overview
- The Technical CAD Engineer will support the design team by producing accurate technical drawings and schematics for smoke ventilation systems. The role also offers potential career growth into a Technical Engineer position.
Responsibilities

Create wiring schematics for smoke ventilation systems
-
Produce product construction drawings using AutoCAD
-
Prepare layout drawings using Bluebeam
-
Review technical drawings and project documentation for accuracy and compliance

Assist with technical engineering tasks as required
-
Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly revised, and up to date
-
Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records
-
Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications
-
4–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting
-
Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems (fire alarm systems preferred)

Licensed Philippine Board Passer:
-
Electrical Engineer (preferred, due to wiring schematic requirements), or
-
Mechanical Engineer
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Advantage: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor
