Description
Environmental Services Assistants (EVS) are responsible for keeping our facilities clean, safe, and looking great!
EVS Assistants have contact with other employees, visitors, and patients, and need to have good communication skills. They also must follow safety and infection control policies and procedures at all times. It is important that they practice confidentiality concerning patients, employees and the public at all times.
EVS Assistant Key Responsibilities
Clean & disinfect public areas, restrooms, offices and exam rooms
Trash & Recycling collection
Floor care (vacuuming/extracting/sweeping/moping)
Dusting
Cleaning of glass
Maintaining equipment and storage/supply areas
Assist in other areas as requested

Hours/Shifts
80 hours biweekly, Day shifts from 8am-4:30pm and every 4th weekend.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $16.69 - $23/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
