Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Process Design leader with a strong transformation mindset, capable of challenging conventional thinking and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will combine process architecture expertise, analytical rigour, AI adoption capabilities and critical thinking skills to help shape and deliver the future AML operating model.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Process analysis, risk identification, controls and governance design in the context of AI

Process Challenge and Process Improvements
-
Evaluate current state and provide high quality view of processes along with identification of pain points
-
Design target state in the context of AI with the right controls and human-in-the-loop governance in place. Prior experience on AI adoption is preferred.

Analyse impact to end to end process, build periodic interim state visualization from requirements to implementation
-
Support the program's short-and-long term strategy by providing tactical and strategic solutions.
-
Supports a strategy of continuous improvement and acts as liaison with Change Management and Process Design executives.
-
Executive presentation skills to define the problem statement and the intended solution
-
Design workflows and case management keeping system interoperability in mind
Responsibilities:
-
Implements complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
-
Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
-
Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
-
Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits

Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including detailed business and systems analysis, process changes, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
Required Skills:

5 years of Process design related experience and strong delivery mindset

Future-State Operating Model Transformation

Analytical and design-oriented mindset with data-centric process design

Knowledge of AI-enabled operating models, including human-in-the-loop controls, exception management and AI governance frameworks

GenAI and workflow integration concepts

Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives

Strong leaderships skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Data driven and metrics/ results oriented

Ability to identify opportunities from a process efficiency perspective

Ability to articulate complex problems, strategic options and target-state solutions through executive-level storytelling and visualisation.

Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward

Excellent verbal and communications skills

Self-starter who can take ambiguous information and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo
