Full job description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform HTC and Full System Assemblies
-
Ability to read blueprints, calipers and other measuring instruments, records dimensions, and other details on production logs
-
Maintains organized clean work area including equipment and tooling
-
Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
-
Works with other facility teams (Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering) to ensure that assembly/test problems are addressed and resolved quickly
-
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
-
Utilize safe work habits at all times
-
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and testing areas
-
Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to team-based problem-solving
-
Ensure compliance with facility-specific safety protocols and product standards
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
-
Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial machinery assembly, or a related manufacturing role required

Forklift operation experience preferred
-
Material handling experience preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass a drug screen & background check

Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required

Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization

Working knowledge of manufacturing environment safety practices

Understanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house training

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
-
Adaptability and willingness to be cross trained
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Ability to work in non-climate-controlled facility
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
