Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay Range:18.38
Shift: First shift -- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
What's the Job?

Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to meet quality standards

Follow visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
-
Move parts and materials to ensure smooth workflow within the work area
-
Rotate between different operations within the work cell and departments
-
Maintain accurate records of work performed and notify supervisors of any process deviations
What's Needed?
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
-
Dependable transportation to and from work
-
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
-
Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
