Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist and PTA to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. This role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
-Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-Provide treatment to patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and medical conditions.
-Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
-Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs.
-Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Skills and Requirements

Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start). -Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current BLS certification.

Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, or hospital-based therapy setting.
-Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patient populations.
