Applies innovative approaches to obtain feedback to enhance skills and facilitate improvement in processes, products and services, while considering emerging organizational issues 2. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues 3. Identifies available resources and constraints that impact the effectiveness of work assignments, and develops plans that effectively utilize resources and overcome obstacles 4. Actively, both internally and externally, promotes core values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, service, diversity, critical thinking, collaboration and information sharing through one’s own behaviors and expectations for others 5. Develops and enhances collaborative partnerships with Agency leadership to drive efforts to identify or create strategies to address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Provides staff management expertise for mission accomplishment, mentoring, resource management, and communicating mission needs in order to provide unobstructed transparency for decision makers 2.
