  • 토스증권의 Strategy & Operations Team 은 전사 관점의 사업전략을 수립하기 때문에 Product, Business Development 등 다양한 팀과 협업하고 있어요.

  • 전략 컨설팅, 투자, 테크 등 다양한 곳에서 커리어를 쌓아온 구성원들과 업무를 진행하면서 미래 커리어 방향 수립에 도움을 받고, 전략/사업 분야의 커리어에 필수적인 분석적 역량과 커뮤니케이션 스킬을 기르실 수 있을 거에요. 합류하면 함께 할 업무예요

  • 팀 구성원들과 함께 토스증권의 전사 전략 수립을 통해 명확한 중장기 방향성을 제시하고 성장 전략 수립을 지원해요.

  • 글로벌 현재/잠재 고객, 증권, 금융업 및 핀테크 산업, 경쟁사 및 글로벌 벤치마크 기업에 대한 정보/데이터를 수집/가공하여 전략 수립에 필요한 인사이트를 도출해요. 이런 분과 함께하고 싶어요

  • 빠른 학습역량을 바탕으로, 다양한 주제에 대해 리서치를 추진할 수 있는 분이 필요해요.

  • 수집된 정보를 바탕으로, 시장/사업/고객에 대한 인사이트를 도출해 보신 분이 필요해요.
