Key focus areas include Prepare menu items following recipes guidelines, Ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards, and Monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager.

Successful candidates bring Able To Work Weekends and Able To Work Holidays. Preferred (not required): Friendly Demeanor, Professional Demeanor, Collaboration, and Communication Skills.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! Our Stars and Strikes Kitchen Crew takes pride in cooking high-quality menu items in a fun and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Stars and Strikes Line Cook, you will be able to create a variety of delicious dishes from our full restaurant and catering menus.

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Ability to display excellent communication skills

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items following recipes guidelines

  • Ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

  • Monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager
