Our client, a manufacturing industry specializing in paint and coating products, is seeking an Industrial Batch and Weigh Maker in Rockledge to join their team. As an Industrial Batch and Weigh Maker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Batch and Weigh Maker

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

  • Review and follow batch tickets, formulas, and production schedules to ensure accurate manufacturing.

  • Gather, verify, weigh, and measure raw materials according to batch requirements.

  • Operate mixers, dispersers, tanks, pumps, and related production equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Adjust machine settings and process parameters to meet product specifications.

  • Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing or chemical processing experience is a plus.

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, batch tickets, and safety procedures.

  • Ability to measure and calculate material quantities accurately.

  • Comfortable operating manufacturing and material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
