Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager – International Business Development (Exports) with responsibility for global travel and market expansion . The role’s purpose is to drive revenue and margin growth for our Fruit Pulp & Concentrates exports , while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring compliance with international trade standards. Role Purpose

  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement across global markets.
  • Expand customer base and open new international markets for fruit pulp and concentrate products.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between customers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. Core Responsibilities
  • Key Account Management : Develop account strategies, nurture long‑term relationships, and ensure retention.
  • Contract Negotiation : Lead pricing discussions, finalize contracts, and oversee order execution.
  • Business Development : Identify new opportunities, drive B2B and P2P growth, and spearhead market entry initiatives.
  • Export Compliance : Ensure adherence to INCOTERMS, documentation standards, and quality requirements.
  • Market Expansion : Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to establish new partnerships. Required Experience
  • 6–10+ years in food ingredients, fruit pulp, concentrates, or processed food exports .
  • Proven expertise in managing international distributors, importers, and strategic accounts.
  • Strong background in opening new markets and driving export growth. Technical Skills
  • Export Documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in INCOTERMS and international trade standards.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Ability to prepare accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
