Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to join a growing manufacturing organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting the procurement and purchasing process for assigned raw materials by creating and managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, tracking supplier deliveries, and maintaining procurement records. The Procurement Specialist II will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and materials management to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing operations and production schedules. This person will review material requirements, monitor open orders, coordinate supplier communications, track shortages and supply issues, maintain purchasing and inventory data within company systems, and prepare recurring procurement and material status reports for leadership and headquarters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials functions within a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or materials planning experience
Experience creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders
Experience working within an ERP/MRP system
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience communicating directly with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and material availability
Fluent in both Korean and English Bachelor's in supply chain management, Business Administration or Logistics
Experience in automotive, semiconductor, battery, electronics, aerospace, or other advanced manufacturing environments
Forklift certification and material handling equipment experience
Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and process improvement initiatives
Previous lead, coordinator, or specialist-level warehouse experience
